Bio About Yoga Teacher
I was is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, my acknowledges completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I was born in Belgrade, Serbia, in 1975., mother of two achieved as a woman, mother, I choose yoga as a life path, begins the first part of Hatha Yoga Instructor education in my own country in 2011 – in the Yoga Alliance of Serbia, after that continues education for Prenatal and Supramental yoga. After those, I finish Yoga Teacher Education (500 RYT) in India at the “Asana Andiappan” International Yoga Academy.
On my, the spiritual journey dealt with esotery and theosophy. I was searching for specialization and met many teachers and I was practiced with them: yoga practice, nutrition, the psychology of life and all the practicalities of practice in the simplest way.
The biggest impressions for me are: all the people whose actions, words and thoughts are the same.
Now I chose a path that can share in practical life and contribute to many people hearing practical advice. Creating my Yoga Blog and spreading awareness is a very good idea as an example for many people through life’s movements is most proud because yoga is my way of life.
My maxima are the: ” Meaning of life is to know your gift, and the purpose of life is to give it to others.”
