What are the Most Common Causes of Pain in the Tendons?

Why Is Tendon Recovery Slower?

Tendons are the ends by which a muscle connects to bones, and ligaments are the connecting elements between bones. Since the tendons are not as circulating as the muscle itself, the mechanism of removal of toxic products is relatively slower than in the muscles, so the tendons are more difficult to heal. Recovery is slower and tendon injury can recur more easily.

I have used this coat many times with my son who has been training Capoeira for years and with each stretch it gave him a very quick recovery and his return to training. This recipe requires two groceries and very little time.

Homemade Recipe – Tendon and Ligament Recovery

Required supplies:

50 g of flaxseed

– goat’s milk (30 ml)

How To Make a Linings?

Preparation: Put flax seeds in a small pot and pour over goat’s milk, it is enough to just pour-over. Mix flax and milk at a moderate temperature, until the mixture becomes compact and united. Flaxseed releases its juice and binds quickly with goat’s milk, the liquid turns into a thick mass and becomes a stretchable resemblance like chewing gum. This is a sign that it is over (2-3min.). Then on already prepared cotton material apply the mixture. Spread the mixture evenly and not too thick. Wait a few minutes for it to cool down a bit and then put it on the sore spot, wrap it well and leave it to act. Keep the coating until it cools completely, then put the mixture in a bowl and then in the refrigerator. Repeat the procedure four times a day. Four days is enough to completely recover any painful place or stretch. Already after the first day, improvement is noticeable.

Note :

When repeating the process of making the coat, always add a little goat’s milk to make the mixture compact, after the second day (if necessary), make the process of making the dressing with a new amount of flax and fresh goat’s milk.
