When we lead ourselves with a proverb, “The day is known in the morning!”, then we will spend a much more positive and fulfilling day. Making a habit of starting the day with this yoga exercise, I noticed that I had one mental calmness and a sense of satisfaction that followed me throughout all day. I’m physically much more rested and have more energy to do my daily chores.
All you need to do to feel benefits is to take a few minutes in the morning before getting out of bed and feel 1 step to your perfect energy.

# 1 – The first step is when you wake up, while you are still dreamy, leave your eyes closed and then remember the most beautiful moment in your life that made you fulfilled. In this way, you fully relive that emotion of fulfillment and feel that moment in you. Live that moment entirely.
