Is There a Solution to a Headache?
How many times during the day did your headache spoil the day and then with various medications you try to make it go away? Nothing is as effective as this alternative yoga exercise, which I found and helped many of my students and friends when they had so small but such a big problem. There are many reasons why someone has a headache, but there are so few effective things that benefit in one minute. Exercise helps to get rid of headaches in one minute and continue the day without medication or a bad mood.
How To Practice This Simple Exercise?
#1. Wherever you find yourself when the “headache” begins, find a place to sit, close your eyes and place your hands on your thighs, completely relaxed, and face your palms to the ceiling of the room or sky.
#2. Close your eyes, relax your tongue (which will relax all the muscles in your face), and completely shift your attention to your breathing. Watch your breathing. When you are fully relaxed, turn your attention to your heartbeat. Keep your attention on the heartbeat, and when you feel every heartbeat than you shift your attention to the tops of your fingers. When you feel the pulsation in each finger, concentrate fully on the pulsation at the fingertips.
#3.– Stay in position, fully focused on the pulsation in the fingers of your hand for only 1 minute. After that, open your eyes and you will feel at the moment the benefit of the exercise.
Recommendation: You can repeat it one more time if the headache is not completely gone.
What are the benefits of this yoga method?
-By directing our focus on the pulsation of our heart, we influence the synapses in the brain that blood flow goes in the other direction and we act consciously on the physiological process of blood flow.
– We increase our mental power of concentration and therefore understand the power of the mind when we command
When this exercise does not affect?
– in chronic migraine problems because the hardness of the pain does not allow you to concentrate completely on the pulsation.
Where can you practice yoga exercise?
This short yoga technique that you can do wherever you are, at work, commuting, or while you having dinner with friends because after only 1 minute you continue to work where you left off at the time of the headache.
Exercising our concentration and through mental management, we influence the development of our daily lives, and in just 1 minute we liberate ourselves by showing our inner strength.
