Question # 1: What is Yoga for you?

Answer: Yoga is a path that gives the opportunity that life can be in harmony with itself and its environment. It represents for me a set of the highest knowledge in the world, gathered in one place. Yoga is a complete way of balancing the body, m, and emotions.

Question # 2: What is Hatha Yoga?

Answer: The direction of yoga practice that is most common in the modern world today. This way of practicing yoga practice implies practicing external and internal purification, and that requires self-discipline. Primarily aimed at physical well-being and enlightenment through physical, mental, and spiritual exercise, which contains several popular exercise styles that provide strength, energy, balance in the full integration of the opposites of positive and negative, active and passive, left and right. Hatha Yoga is not gymnastics, it is not a set of rituals, it is not a religion. It is a systematic, complex, and at the same time very simple system that teaches us how to live in harmony with ourselves, in peace and balance. We do not need great prior knowledge, what is most important is a living experience, personal practice, and continuity in exercise.

Question # 3: What does it mean when you have a Yoga Teacher Certificate?

Answer: Certified yoga teachers have undergone training that includes introducing: yoga psychology, yoga anatomy, yoga theory, and yoga practice. Instructors go through the phases of assisting, demonstrating, and leading yoga classes under the mentorship of a Yoga Teacher. All certified teachers undergo practical learning of asanas, kriya techniques, pranayama, pratyahara, djana, darana, mantra, mudras, bandi, kirtana following international yoga standards recognized by the International Yoga Federation.

Question # 4: What is your biggest success?

Answer: I have two wonderful beings, a daughter Teodora who is 17 years old, and a son Maksim who is 16 years old. Wonderful beings with whom I grew up, learned and still learning. Children represent selfless unconditional love and finding a child in ourselves. Their existence is my personal spiritual growth and cycle that is still going on.

Question # 5: Does yoga fill your daily life and in what sense?

Answer: Yoga is a way that provides limitless possibilities, the most important thing is to experience me more deeply, to connect with the deeper forces of nature. It changes my perspective of perceiving everyday life events, providing an opportunity to ask countless questions to myself and consciously come up with answers. Yoga has taught me many techniques, but one of the most important is to be aware of every time.

Question # 6: What would you recommend to pregnant ladies?

Answer: Yoga has the power to eliminate many physical problems such as nausea, back pain, insomnia, swelling of the joints, and body. Yoga balances: unstable emotions, brings balance to everyday life, increases resistance to stress, calms the mind, awakens strength, trust, love, and above all connects mom with her baby. Practicing yoga in pregnancy is a gift to every woman and her baby. Giving birth to a new life is the deepest experience for every woman, for her, it is entering a new world in a physical, emotional and spiritual sense, and the journey through pregnancy brings many challenges and prepares her for physical and emotional pain as for joy that grows and accompanies with age. a woman for the rest of her life.

Question # 7: How would you explain to beginners what Yoga is?

Answer: Yoga is a way of life that you love and never leave again, it is a philosophy of life that gives you the opportunity to be aware of the moment you are in and to consciously dispose of your energy. It gives you the opportunity to remove all internal worries and fears, to be an objective observer of your life, and to embrace it. It helps you to understand more deeply everything that is happening around you, to accept yourself as you are, and to be filled with love for all living beings.
