How to Make a Health Infusion?

You should never eat fruit after a meal, you should eat it before a meal. Nervousness and dark circles …… .there will be none of them if you eat fruit on an empty stomach. If you need to drink fruit juice, drink, but only from fresh fruit, not from a can or bottle. It is much healthier to eat the whole fruit than just the squeezed juice, but if you have to drink the squeezed juice, drink sip by sip slowly, let the juice mix with your saliva in your mouth before swallowing.

 

What Fruit is Needed for a Health Infusion?

How to Prepare?

Grate carrots, beets, and apples then add honey… and leave for 1-2 days to rest. Squeeze the juice through medical gauze (proven better than a strainer).

Drink 2 tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach.

This is perfect for me. People who have undergone chemotherapy, long-term illnesses, digestive diseases, …. all have a positive reaction to this juice. And I am proof of that. Again- this is not just for treatment, this is also for prevention, and can be consumed in the long run and always!

It takes so little time and supplies for a real “Infusion of Life”!

  • from 04:00 am to 12:00 am the body performs elimination, removes the harmful substance from the organism and food residues – detoxification

  • from 20:00 pm to 04:00 am is the assimilation and absorption of food

It is very important that you eat fruit on an empty stomach from 04:00 am to 12:00 am. You should not eat fruit with any other food or immediately after it. The fruit passes quickly through the body. Imagine that food is like a filter that does not allow the fruit to pass through the stomach into the intestines, then the fruit begins to ferment and rot, and this develops acid and the food spoils and carbohydrates ferment….

Fruit passes quickly, consumes the least energy of the body, gives water, it is alive, so we get energy, it is very important to know: FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD WE CAN EAT
